A low caffeine blend with no compromise on taste.
We wanted to create a coffee with some caffeine but not as much as usual. Some people are more sensitive to the effects of caffeine, but still don't want to go for fully decaffeinated coffee. After some experimenting we created our version of a half decaf coffee.
It contains our usual decaf Night Flight and coffee from Brazil.

50/50 is a full flavoured coffee, with taste notes of milk chocolate and hints of fruit, and we think it is a rather pleasant cup of coffee. Hope you like it as much as we do.

Of course, you can get creative yourself at home, and mix together Night Flight with any other coffee to your liking.

It is medium roasted and suitable for both all filter brewing methods and as espresso.

For best results we always recommend purchasing whole beans and grinding fresh at home before brewing. If you don't have a grinder, choose filter or espresso ground from the drop down menu, and we will grind it before packing. Please note that we can't guarantee that it will suit perfectly for the way you brew and/or for your equipment, especially when ground for espresso.

We use decaffeinated coffee mostly using the CO2 method and sometimes the Swiss Water method.

CO2 decaffeination basically uses coffee beans, carbonated water, and very high pressure obtained through adding liquid CO2.

Swiss Water is a patented method only using water.

It is medium roasted and suitable for both all filter brewing methods and as espresso.
